Syntheri Rock
Syntheri Rocks is situated right inside the Kali Tiger Reserve It is 3 km from the main entrance,You can hear a lot of bird chirping on the way. It’s one of the best sightseeing places near Dandeli. It’s a big rock under which a big cave around 1/2 kms in which water flows. During British time it was named as Syntheri Rock place is open round the year. You can notice different kinds of rocks which are put along the way.Specimens of different type of rocks of geologic importance are displayed on the side of the stair pathway that leads to the syntheri rock site You have to walk for around 5 minutes One has to climb down app 200-250 stairs from the parking area to witness this unique beauty.
